AOL Viewing Problems? Try the following:

For optimal viewing, we recommend using AOL 4.0 on Windows 95, 98, or NT or MacOS 8.5. These provide the best support for Java, the programming language, used for our tours.

If you are having trouble viewing a tour, try each of these steps:

1. Click the "Refresh" button on the browser menu.
2. Close and restart the browser.

If you are still unable to view a tour, we recommend the following settings for the AOL browser.

AOL 4.0

1. Click "My AOL Icon" in the middle of the page.
2. Click "Preferences".
3. Click "www" icon. 4. Click the "Web Graphics" tab in the Internet Options dialog box.
4. Uncheck "Use Compress Graphics" checkbox.
5. Click "OK".
6. Go to the "My AOL" icon at the top of your window. Go to the "Preferences " option. Go to the "www" option. Under "Temporary Internet Files", click the "Delete Files" button. Under "History", click the "Clear History" button. Click the "OK" button. Close and restart the AOL browser.

AOL 3.0

1. Click "Members" in the middle of the page.
2. Click "Preferences".
3. Click "www" icon.
4. Click the "Web Graphics" tab in the Internet Options dialog box.
5. Uncheck "Use Compress Graphics" checkbox.
6. Click "OK".
7. Go to the "Members" icon at the top of your browser. Go to the "Preferences " option. Go to the "www" option. Under "Temporary Internet Files", click the "Delete Files" button. Under "History", click the "Clear History" button. Click the "OK" button. Close and restart the AOL browser.

AOL MAC

1. Click "My AOL Icon" at the top of the AOL browser.
2. Click "Preferences".
3. Click "www" icon.
4. Uncheck "Use Compress Images" checkbox. Close and restart the AOL browser.
